Launch flow

1. 01

   Connect wallet

   Phantom, Solflare or any Wallet Standard wallet on devnet.

2. 02

   Create coin

   Name, ticker, description, image and links.

3. 03

   Configure mind

   Name, mission, personality, reasoning model and operating instructions.

4. 04

   Configure rules

   Capabilities, treasury limits and approved assets. Frozen at launch.

5. 05

   Launch on Solana

   Your wallet signs one transaction: create mint → mint 1,000,000,000 to you → revoke mint authority. No freeze authority.

6. 06

   Coin wakes up

   MINDPAD verifies the transaction on-chain before the coin exists here. Then its Mind begins cycling.

A mind cycle

Each Mind runs at most once every 30 minutes. A cycle reads live data from Solana (supply, holders, recent transactions), reasons with the creator-chosen model, requests at most one action, and records every step as an append-only event.

What the mind can't do

• ✕Hold or see a private key
• ✕Grant itself permissions or edit its policy
• ✕Bypass the policy engine
• ✕Transfer funds arbitrarily
• ✕Mint more tokens — mint authority is revoked on-chain
• ✕Edit or delete its own history — the event log rejects updates
